Hello, Currently I'm using a standard linksys router for internet connection. Also, I have a nas from Western digital. I'd like to change my modem to a new and good one. Which devices are you using? Which one do you recommend and why?? Will use gigabyt Ethernet and wifi together, will use at home, it must be good for device cache for longtime usage you know. Thanks. -- Can Kırca

Hello, I've got a windows machine that i'm needing to repartition. It's got a single 2TB drive in it, i'm needing to cut that roughly in quarters 500GB a partition. I've got a PE I have never done this, if anyone has any tool recommendations i'd appreciate it. Thanks. Dave.

Replied Emails going to sender.

Hi list does anyone know why when I reply to a message on this list that the original senders email is in the To field, rather than the blind sysadmins address. I keep forgetting so my apologies if people have received replies to their own email address. it never used to do this and does not happen on any other mailing list. Using thunderbird as my email client. Darren.

windows 10 sfc corrupted files

Hello, I booted a win10 machine from win10 talking PE, and ran sfc /scannow it reported some file corruption but said it was unable to fix it. NVDA wasn't reading the screen very well like it couldn't focus, and I have no idea where the log is, it's in c:\windows\logs\ somewhere. If anyone knows where these logs would be or how to get sfc in a PE to repair the corruption i'd appreciate knowing. Thanks. Dave.

All, I did have a blog on installing windows10 using Narrator and cannot find it any more. Done a search and haven't found it. Basically I want to verify the following. Any information on this would be helpful. 1. If the user has to install win10 on a new hard drive. Will Narrator work at the initial boot-up stage? I know it works for upgrades if you have a prior windows present. 2. If not, how would a average user install windows10 without sighted assistance. Sean
